Cancellation Policy

Full refund will be processed if you proceed with your cancellation request more than 24h before your start time (48h for La Hacienda Park).

In order to initiate a cancellation process, please follow these steps:

- Several days before the excursion: contact us over email (info@andalcaribe.com). Make sure to state your full name, the order number and to confirm which excursions you'd like to cancel.

- Between 72h and 24h before the excursion (72h to 48h for La Hacienda Park): please contact us urgently over WhatsApp. Make sure to state your full name, the order number and to confirm which excursions you'd like to cancel.

- Less than 24h (48h for La Hacienda Park): We'd be grateful if you could still inform us of your cancellation, even though no refund will be processed in this case.

The refund will always be processed through the original payment method used to book your excursion. Please, bear in mind that the refund may take up to 5 business days to show on your account.

In case of "no show" at the date/time of the excursion, no refund will be processed.

What will happen in case of bad weather or force majeure?

AndalCaribe will contact you to offer an alternative date. If it cannot be rescheduled, we will issue a full refund.
