How to Book Your Excursions
You have three options to choose the one that best suits your case:
- The fastest way: Book directly here on the website. It only takes 2 minutes. Choose the tour and day, add it to your cart, and pay easily online.
- The most informative: If you have questions or want to customize your excursion, contact us via WhatsApp by clicking here or using the green floating icon in the bottom corner.
- The most personalized: If you want to organize something more exclusive or later, contact us by email at info@andalcaribe.com
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, you must cancel more than 24 hours in advance (48 hours for La Hacienda Park).
To initiate a cancellation please follow these steps:
- If there are several days left until the excursion: contact us by email ( info@andalcaribe.com ) indicating your full name, the order number and detailing which excursions you wish to cancel.
- If your excursion is running out of time (less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours -> 48 hours for La Hacienda Park) : please contact us urgently via WhatsApp . Please include your full name, the email address you used during the purchase, and your order number.
- If there are less than 24 hours left (48 hours for La Hacienda Park): No refund can be offered, but we appreciate being informed if you cannot attend.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to make the reservation. Please note that bank refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your bank.
In the event of a "no show" for the excursion on the scheduled date and time, a refund cannot be requested.
What happens in case of bad weather or force majeure?
AndalCaribe will contact you to offer an alternative date. If it cannot be rescheduled, we will issue a full refund.
